1. Introduction
   Welcome to Muscat Mountains Tourism. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to abide by the following travel terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking and Payment

• You must make all bookings in advance, and they are subject to availability.
• We may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking, depending on the tour.
• You can make payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods our team communicates.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the tour qualify for a 50% refund.
• No refunds apply to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
• Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

1. Changes and Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, or safety concerns.
• If Muscat Mountains Tourism cancels the tour, we will offer customers an alternative date or a full refund.

1. Tour Requirements and Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure they have the necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) before the tour.
• Participants must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
• Muscat Mountains Tourism is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

1. Conduct and Safety

• Customers must follow the instructions of the tour guide and respect local laws and customs.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior without a refund.

1. Liability Disclaimer

• Muscat Mountains Tourism operates as a tour operator and takes no responsibility for any delays, accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the tour due to third-party services.
• We strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, but we cannot guarantee the condition of all roads, weather conditions, or third-party services.

1. Privacy Policy

• We will keep personal information provided during the booking process confidential and use it only for operational purposes.
• We do not share customer details with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

1. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising shall be settled in accordance with Omani legal procedures.
